1. How will my video look like?

You can view samples videos in our Video Gallery.

 

2. What if I don’t like my video?

If you do not like the footage taken, we must be aware of it

right away, so we can consult with the director and make adjustment

accordingly during the production process. Additional charges will apply for previously approved changes that need to be re-edited.

 

3. Can you only use images, voice over, and music in my video?

Yes, we can create a video presentation from content provided

by you. Images must be high quality for a higher video resolution. Voice Over must be submitted as MP3, AAF or WAV format. Music must be original or royalty free.  (We can not use copyright material, media)

 

4. What type of file format will you send me?

Below are the file format you will received on a data DVD:

A. – Flash (.FLA)                 – For embedding on your website. (compressed for the Internet)

B. – H.264 (.MPEG 4)         – For used on YouTube (compressed for the Internet)

C.- Microsoft AVI              – Uncompressed file

 

 

5. How will I receive my video?  

You will receive the final approved video on a data DVD via UPS or delivered by one of our Crew Members.

 

6. What is the process?

An appointment with an assigned Producer who will schedule a sit down meeting to review your marketing Video and Hook Video will get things started. A day is then schduled for shooting. The final video is released once it has been approved by you.

7. What would be the length of my video?

Promotional videos will range from one to three and a half minutes depending on how much footage is needed to complete the video. Hook Videos are thirty seconds.

 

8. How would I get my video online?

Instructions are provided for your website developer to embed your video on your website. Instructions will also be available for 3 video sharing sites (YouTube, Google Video & Brightcove)

 

9. Can you install my video on my website?

Yes, we can install your new video on your website for an additional installation charge $49.95. FTP username and passwords will need to be provided in order for us to login into your website. Any additional design modification will be billed at $35 /Hr.

 

10.  Will my video have all of my contact information?   

Yes, all your contact information will be included in your video as part of our standard production process (Company Name, Address, Phone, Website etc). You have the option to omit the contact information if you choose just let us know during the production process.

 

11. Would I have to close my business for the production?

No, our director will be able to film during business hours or after hours. The choice is yours.

 

12.  Do I have to write my own script?

Economy Video Package

You can choose to write your own script as you see fit or follow our simple questionnaire to help you write your script.

 

Premier Video Package

No, we review your website and offline literature and create a custom script based on your literature. You can give us key features you would like included in your script for example “Voted # in Orange County” or “Free closing cost”.

 

 

13. Who will be in the video?

We suggest the owner or appointed sales person to appear in the video for better marketing results.  Extra talent like actors can be hired if desired.

 

14.  Can I have custom music in my video?

Economy Video Package

Yes, only if the music is provided by you in a digital format and not copyrighted. Economy Video Package includes stock royalty free music.

Premier Video Package

Yes, our music composer can create a custom instrumental music for your marketing video. Or you can submit your own music as long as it is not copyrighted.

 

15.  Can I have my own images and/or footage?

Yes, you can include your own images as long as they are high resolution. Because we want your video to look its best we prefer to use our own footage. You can submit footage to us for review if you require certain footage to be included in your video.

16.  Can I send you my own music to be used on my video?

Yes, we can use your own music as long as the song is not copyrighted. Music file format accepted is AIFF, MP3. Premiere Package music options are not waved if you provide your own music, full payment is still required.

 

17.  Are you able to shoot production in multiple locations?

Yes, we can shoot in multiple locations. Please advice your producer before a shooting

day is scheduled. Multiple locations may require traveling fees.

 

18.  How long does the process take?

The production process will take 5 – 6 weeks to complete after the shooting day.

 

19. Are there any special offers?

We provide a 15% discount for any video testimonials given

 

20. How will you protect my credit card information?

We use PayPal a Visa and MasterCard partner to accept payments online. We do not store or save any credit cards information processed through PayPal.

 

21.  What if I want changes in my video?

You will have a chance to review and make changes to your video during

the proofing stage of production.

 

22.  Can I request special talent (spoke person and voice over)?

Yes, you can request a special talent for the Economy and Premier Package.

 

23.  Can you make longer videos?

Yes, we can work on longer projects. Please request a quote with one of our Producers contact

 

24.  Can I hire you for other project?

Yes, we can work on other projects. Please request a quote with one of our Producers contact

 

25.  What areas do you service?

Orange County, Inland Empire, and Los Angeles Area.

 

26.  Do you service outside your service area?

Not at this time, however we will be expanding our service are in the next few months.

 

27.   Are there any limitations on my video?

There is no limitation, additional charges will apply if you require custom elements in your videos (Talent, Special Effects, Special Animation.

 

28. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery, Pay Pal, and Checks.
